Helen Quek, the founder of Basic Silhouettes Beauty, an aesthetician with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. An entrepreneur from the start and with a keen interest in the industry, she gathered support from family and started the business as a one-bed salon located at Chinatown in 1991 and shifted the business to a bigger premise at International Plaza where it is currently operating.

Helen strives to use her beauty expertise to give a personal approach to skin care for her customers, providing them with advice and solutions to end their problems. Helen also believes in keeping customers satisfied as her top business priority, not limited to understand and satisfy their needs but also the importance of after sales service.
